The sellers had interesting collections which were minimalist to begin with so their preparations for the sale were managed quickly. The home photographed so well and it drew many to the open house and actually drew a contract away from another property in the same complex. The layout on this home was superb and had the upgrades buyers are looking for today.
The homes in the complex had been languising with values declining over the last couple of years but this sale was quick and for a very good price. It goes to show that with the proper attention to condtion and the right price, property can be moved quickly. It takes a good plan!
