Great bones! This house is a unique style and was already in really good shape as far as paint and floors. The seller was out of the country so I had to manage the tenants, the staging and all details of the listing so we could be successful. Because I had super wonderful tenants in place who cooperated we were able to stage around them and take these beautiful photos, which drew in many buyers to the home.
